1Settings

For the purposes of this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "999we" or "Platform": the website accessible at https://999we.best, including all its services, products, and features available to registered users.
• "User" or "you": any individual who has created an account on 999we and uses the platform's services.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the user upon registration, which grants access to 999we's services.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL available in the user's account for placing bets and playing games.
• "Bet": an instruction placed by the user to participate in a sporting event or game, with a financial stake tied to the outcome.
• "Bonus": promotional credit granted by 999we to the user, subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer.
• "Wagering requirement" (rollover): the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC": the user identity verification process, required to validate account ownership and authorize financial transactions.

2Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration at 999we, the user expressly declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms described herein, as well as the platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules. This acceptance is binding and constitutes a legal agreement between the user and 999we.

Using any service on the platform — including deposits, bets, casino games, crash games, or e-sports — automatically confirms your full acceptance of this document in its most current version.

3Registration & Account

To use the services of 999we, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. False or incomplete information may result in your account being blocked or closed without prior notice.

Each user may hold only one active account on the platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same CPF, email, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the withholding of pending balances.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — password and account details — secure. The 999we is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from password sharing or third-party use of the account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat.

• Accounts may not be assigned, sold, or transferred to third parties.
• Registration is free and there are no account maintenance fees.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior notice by email.
• 999we may request confirmation of account details at any time as a security measure.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

The 999we follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with industry best practices and applicable Brazilian law. Verification may be requested at different points: at registration, on your first withdrawal, on withdrawals above a certain amount, or when the security team identifies activity that warrants additional identity confirmation.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport).
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill for electricity, water, gas, or phone, or a bank statement).
• Selfie holding your ID, when requested by the security team.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits, when required.

Document review takes up to 24 business hours. During this process, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. If the submitted documentation does not meet the requirements, 999we will notify the user with details on what needs to be corrected or provided.

5Deposits

The 999we accepts exclusively Brazilian payment methods for deposits. Available methods include: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. For bank transfers, the platform accepts TED via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian institutions that operate Pix.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. There is no defined maximum deposit limit, but high-value transactions may be subject to additional identity verification. 999we does not charge deposit fees — any fees charged by the user's financial institution are not the platform's responsibility.

• Pix deposits are credited within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Boleto bancário deposits take up to 2 business days to clear.
• Credit and debit card deposits are processed within up to 5 minutes.
• Deposited funds may only be used for bets and games within the platform.
• 999we does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method must be registered in the account holder's name.

6Withdrawals

The 999we processes withdrawals via Pix in up to 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The platform does not charge any fees on withdrawal transactions.

Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or Pix key used for the deposit, or to an account in the name of the 999we account holder. The platform does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals with a pending KYC verification may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• 999we may request additional identity verification for withdrawals above certain amounts, in accordance with internal security policies.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, the platform may temporarily suspend withdrawals while the matter is being investigated.
• Withdrawals not processed within 24 hours for technical reasons will be communicated to the user along with an estimated resolution timeframe.

7Sports Betting

The 999we offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 50 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), UFC, MMA, tennis, Formula 1, Stock Car Brasil, e-sports, and much more. The specific rules for each sport are available in the platform's rules section.

A confirmed bet is final. The user cannot cancel, modify, or void a bet after confirmation, except in cases of technical error identified by the platform. The 999we reserves the right to void bets in situations such as:

• Obvious odds errors (typographical or technical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds).
• Events cancelled, postponed, or suspended before or during play, as governed by the specific rules of each sport or game type.
• Suspected match-fixing or irregularities in the event being bet on.
• Bets placed by accounts with restrictions or currently under verification.

In the event of a voided bet, the staked amount is returned in full to the user's balance. The 999we may cap the maximum bet amount per event or per market without prior notice, in accordance with internal risk management.

8Casino, Crash Games & Slots

The 999we offers a live casino with real dealers (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and more), crash games (including Aviator, JetX, and similar titles), and a library of over 2,000 slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others. All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of the live casino, real-time streams audited by the providers.

By participating in casino games and crash games on 999we, the user acknowledges that:

• Outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) algorithms or by audited live streams.
• The house edge varies by game and is an inherent feature of any casino product.
• Consistent profit cannot be guaranteed in casino games, crash games, or slots.
• Minimum and maximum bets in casino games may vary depending on the title and provider.

The 999we does not tolerate any attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automation software in casino games. Accounts involved in such practices will be closed and balances may be withheld.

9Bonuses & Promotions

The 999we periodically offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are always clearly presented before activation. Accepting any bonus implies agreement with the specific terms of that promotion.

General rules that apply to all platform bonuses:

• Welcome bonuses are valid for new users only and apply to the first deposit.

• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused amounts are automatically removed from the balance once the deadline passes.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Voided bets do not count toward meeting a bonus wagering requirement.

10Responsible Gaming

11User Conduct

By using 999we, the user agrees to act in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and applicable Brazilian law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions applied to a specific account.
• Using automation software, bots, or any tool that simulates human interaction on the platform.
• Deliberately and systematically attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or odds errors.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Using the account to place bets on behalf of third parties (proxy betting).
• Sharing account login credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Making deposits using cards or bank accounts that do not belong to the account holder.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.

The 999we continuously monitors transactions and activity on the platform. Accounts identified with any of the above behaviors will be immediately suspended for investigation and may be permanently closed, with balances withheld depending on the nature of the violation.

12Account Closure

The user may request the closure of their account at 999we at any time through live chat support or by email. Before closing the account, the user must withdraw all available balances — the real balance can be withdrawn normally, while any bonus balance with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

The 999we may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• False information identified during registration.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age.
• User's own request (permanent self-exclusion).
• Extended account inactivity, with prior notice.

If an account is closed by 999we due to a terms violation, balances from bonuses or activities identified as fraudulent may be withheld. Balances from legitimate deposits will be returned to the user after review, minus any amounts linked to irregular activity.

13Limitation of Liability

The 999we makes its services available in the best way possible, but does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned technical downtime, 999we is not liable for missed betting opportunities or inability to access promotions during the period of instability.

The platform is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
• Technical issues on the user's device that prevent access to the platform.
• Internet connection failures on the user's end during live betting.
• Deposit delays caused by failures on the user's financial institution's end.
• Unauthorized account access by third parties resulting from the user's own credential compromise.

The maximum liability of 999we in any situation is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. Betting is a risk activity — users knowingly assume the financial risks associated with participation.

14Terms Updates & Contact

The 999we may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 business days in advance via the registered email address and a prominent notification on the platform.
